What Acupuncture Can Do For You
Health issues can be complex, often caused by a range of issues. With a helping hand, your body will be able to heal itself. Acupuncture is a non-invasive form of alternative medicine. It has evolved over more than 2,000 years.
Acupuncture doesn’t carry the risk of any serious side effects. It is an effective way to combat a range of health problems. This includes helping you relieve pain naturally, overcome sporting injuries, boost fertility, overcome anxiety, and help digestive disorders. This isn’t a comprehensive list – there are many other areas that acupuncture can help with.
Overview of Services
I can help you overcome a wide range of conditions. This can be anything from neck pain to those struggling with infertility. I will vary my treatment, based on your individual needs. This means coming up with a whole-body treatment plan to address the root of the problem. Some of the areas that I can help address include:
Fertility
This includes helping to boost natural fertility, turning breech babies, and offering post-natal care. Acupuncture can also help deal with gynaecological issues, like heavy bleeding during periods.
Pain
Some of the areas that I can help with include back pain, neck pain, arthritis, and numbness. This can include managing chronic pain naturally, ensuring you don’t become reliant on pain relief medications.
Insomnia
If you have difficulty getting to sleep or are unable to stay asleep throughout the night, I might be able to help.
Anxiety and Stress
These conditions can be bad for both your mental and physical health. Acupuncture can help you calm your mind, restoring balance to your body.
About Karolina
I first became interested in acupuncture when I received treatment for managing pain. I was amazed at the results. I decided to learn more about this treatment, so I could bring pain-free living to as many people as possible.
I have a BSc (Hons) Degree from the respected College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. To get this degree, I undertook three and a half years of intensive training. During this time, I learned from some of the best acupuncturists in the field. I have done additional training and obtained an Advanced Fertility Diploma, which allows me to specialise in fertility acupuncture.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). As part of this, I am bound by strict rules of conduct. This ensures that all my patients get the highest standard of care during my sessions.
My home clinic is based in Caversham, Reading
