Terms and conditions

 

A booked appointment is time reserved for you during which treatment is available. If you want to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible and be aware that at least 48 hours’ notice is preferable. You can do this by clicking on the link in the reminder email sent to you 72 hours before your appointment. This will take you to the online scheduler Timely, where you can then choose a new day/time. It is not possible to cancel or reschedule online less than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or none at all you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into the time slot. This is also a loss of time and income for the therapist. Therefore, I will have to charge the full fee for the scheduled appointment. Alternatively, Karolina’s mobile number is 07766735714 and receives voicemail and texts 24 hours a day (though don’t expect a speedy response out of office hours). A note will be made of the time of the text or message.

Please attend on time

Please be prompt for your appointment, as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If you attend late, your appointment will still end on time and you still will be charged for full session. I am unable to allow your treatment to run over into the next persons appointment time and for this reason your treatment will be shorter.

Block bookings:

If you have booked a series of 4 appointments for which you have paid upfront, you have 5 weeks to use those appointments. In that time, you can reschedule your appointment once up to 48h notice as per my cancelation policy.

You cannot use those appointments after period of 5 weeks nor the payment is refundable if you will miss, cancel or you are unable to attend the appointments you have paid for.

First appointment:

Your First appointment with me might be split into two 1h appointments, consultation via video call and treatment in person. Please be aware that you have 2 weeks from paying to attend those appointments, If you will not be able to attend for any reason past 2 weeks you will be charged for the treatment appointment fee of £60.

The Timely booking system securely vaults your credit/debit card payment details when you book online. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to the automatic charging of your payment card in accordance with the terms and conditions of Karolina Garlicka Acupuncture.

Please understand that appointment reminders are a courtesy. In the event that I am unable to contact you, you are still responsible for attending your appointment at your allocated time.

By booking each appointment you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to accept these terms and conditions, that you understand the cancellation policy and that it is your responsibility to plan appointments accordingly.
